Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your USI Universal account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization Number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the unused sports equipment in its original box, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
